Bethany is born and raised in the sunshine of Southern California. With a lifetime of exercise and sport experience and love, and knowledge of the body sciences as a nurse, she has found a way to combine what she loves- helping others and moving purposely! There is nothing more beautiful than how our bodies are created to move and thrive - from improving athletic movement to giving a weak body improved movement, Pilates is for everyone- helping with control, stabilization, and strengthening. It has been her joy to participate in the Chakra Pilates Training Program, working alongside clients to achieve their goals!
Outside of Pilates, she works as a registered nurse and can otherwise be found surfing all around San Diego.

Energize with our Classic Pilates Mat class. Start your day off with the core fundamentals with support and emphasis on proper form, breath, and alignment originally created and taught by Joseph Pilates (CLASSIC).
ABS & BUNS Reformer
Prerequisite: 6 Pilates: Level 1 Reformer classes
An intermediate class designed to reshape the glute muscles, lift the buns, and develop a toned, curvy backside. This exercise will burn fat as it sculpts sexy legs, hips, thighs, glutes, abs and core.
A great workout to isolate and tone those problem areas. If you want rock hard abs, buns of steel and thighs to die for, then this class is for you!
CLASSIC Mat Pilates
